Join Me On Substack as Well

I still haven’t figured out email marketing for the blog but everyone I know is on Substack so join me there. I have re-published my mental health chats from 2024 on there, shared some original insights into my mental health journey so far and this month I resumed posting on the platform.

Here is the current plan for that newsletter, join me (it is free) learn more about my journey, my passion projects for 2026, my ongoing wellness and mental health journey and if you ever miss a post on My Jamaican Vignettes, you can catch it as a note on Substack too (like why am I just now this week recognsing the value of the notes option.

For right now, I will be posting original content on Substack once per month on the first Wednesday of the month.

So here’s is what you can expect in March, well I am kind of locked in this month on my wellness and fitness journey.

I am focused on sleep, journalling, eating balanced homecooked meals, staying hydrated and daily movement so see you (hopefully) on Wednesday 4 March 2026 on Substack for an update on how I managed in February.
